Decoration Services

Since decoration services are customized and time-based, returns are generally not applicable once the setup has been completed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• Service could not be delivered due to our fault
• Major issues in service quality
• Booking cancellation within the eligible cancellation period

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Last-minute cancellations
• Change of mind after setup completion
• Minor differences in decoration appearance
• Delays caused by customer or venue issues

Flower Bouquets & Customized Products

Customized flower arrangements and personalized products are non-returnable unless damaged during delivery.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
